I am passionate about and fascinated with people. Whether we are young or seasoned in this life, we benefit from learning how to understand ourselves so that we can truly connect with others. I have had the honor to provide therapeutic support to individuals, families and communities for eighteen years. I received formal clinical training and education as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW).
I provide a unique kind of support that involves curiosity, collaboration and guidance for self-exploration for those looking to gain a deeper self understanding. During our work together we will focus on understanding the ways that you have learned to cope and how you would like to grow and expand these skills. I also provide specialized support for neurodiverse families who are in need of family support, parent coaching and additional resources.
My clinical framework draws on insights from Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, Play Therapy and Somatic Therapy. My practice approaches are trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming.
