I am passionate about and fascinated with people. Whether we are young or seasoned in this life, we benefit from learning how to understand ourselves so that we can make meaningful connections with others. I have had the honor to provide therapeutic support to individuals, families and communities for two decades. I received formal clinical training and education as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). I also provide specialized support for neurodiverse families who are in need of family support, parent coaching and additional resources.
Our work together will focus on helping you gain clarity and a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships. Perhaps you are curious about how to build a stronger connection with your child? Or maybe you and your partner want to improve your communication during conflict? Could it be that you are ready to find new ways to cope and manage stress?
My clinical framework draws on insights from Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, Play Therapy and Somatic Therapy. My practice approaches are trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming.
